Hi Heidi. A quick google for "pixel bender filters" yielded the Adobe Exchange. There's also a PB plugin to Photoshop that lets you use/see PB filters in that program, if you're interested.

Hi! I'm a graphic designer that is working with a developer. I'm wanting to share filters that I've created within Photoshop and looking for comparable pixel bender filters. Specifically PB filters that will change an image into a watercolour, oil painting, andy warhol comic look, apply a textured background such as canvas or film grain or turn an image into a conte drawing, pastel painting and/or coloured painting. Can anyone direct me to location to locate PB that are similar?

Hi thanks for the great post. I'm interested in the comment regarding avoiding the ShaderJob in the synchronous case - How exactly do you "use the filter method" - thanks Sean

Really fantastic post. I think this is one of those things a lot of developer have been meaning to get around to, and it's great to have a concise list of tips. Thanks!
